Terms of service

Bolgov Publisher ("the app") is a private publishing tool operated by Tim Bolgov (Timofey Lyapin). These terms describe how the app may be used.

Who may use the app

The app is used only by its owner to publish his own videos to his own Telegram channel, YouTube channel and Instagram account. It is not offered to other users, and no accounts can be created in it.

YouTube API Services

The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy applies to data processed by Google. The app's own data practices are described in the Privacy policy.

Content

All videos published through the app are created by or licensed to the owner. The owner is responsible for the content and for complying with the rules of each platform.

Revoking access

Access to the YouTube channel can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revocation the app can no longer upload videos, and the stored token is deleted from the app's server.
